TechSignals, a financial market analysis platform, has announced its integration with Devexa, the AI-powered virtual assistant and chatbot from global software developer for the capital markets industry, Devexperts. Through the partnership, TechSignals will enhance Devexa’s trading information services with real-time technical analysis.
Devexa utilizes her own natural language understanding capabilities, recognizing traders’ slang and delivering immediate virtual assistance. The platform offers a suite of features, including instant or scheduled trading direct from the chat, targeted communication, personalized news feeds, advanced support leveraging Gen AI, and seamless transition to human-to-human support where necessary. Via the integration with TechSignals, Devexa will now allow traders to request multi-dimensional technical analysis for any time-frame and with any indicator applied, on demand.
As a result of the partnership, there are two ways traders can ask Devexa to analyze price graphs: either by sending Devexa a screenshot of a charting widget with several applied technical indicators and / or chart annotations applied or by sending her a text message with an instrument, then, when prompted, selecting a time-frame. In response, Devexa will provide detailed technical analysis, including support and resistance levels, and trends, empowering traders with valuable insights that help streamline the decision-making process.
By providing technical, multi-timeframe, and correlated asset insights to traders, TechSignals helps to simplify investing concepts for new traders and save time for professionals, boosting trading activity whilst enhancing returns for investors. The platform also aids in the reduction of onboarding time.
The integration will create a highly personalized service and further improve user experience through custom support and advice, optimizing Devexa-supported broker offerings.
